Charles Burris

Charles A. Burris, 89, of Smithville, MO passed August 5, 2014. He served proudly in the U.S. Navy from 1942-1945. Later in life, he was an ‘over-the-road’ truck driver for Time-D.C. Company until retiring in 1981. His funeral service will be 11am, Monday, August 11th with visitation one hour prior at Terrace Park Funeral Home Chapel. He is survived by his wife, Helen, of the home; daughter, Charlotte Duane (Dan); son, Bill Burris (Linda); son, Mick Burris; 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren and 1 brother.
