Charles Brewer

Charles Wesley Brewer, 80 of Kansas City, Mo passed away August 3, 2013. Funeral services are 10:00 am Thursday August 8th at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home, 801 NW 108th Street, with visitation 6:00 - 8:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial in Mount Moriah Terrace Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude's Hospital or the Ronald McDonald House.Charles was born June 8, 1933 in Durant, OK to Lonnie "Oval" and Ada (Arnold) Brewer. He married his sweetheart, Ruby Hatfield on February 15, 1953. He retired from Mobile Oil in 1995. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, son, Larry Brewer, sister, June Brewer, and brother, Lonnie Brewer. Survivors include his wife, Ruby Brewer, daughter, Sharon (Paul) Billington, grandchildren, Jamey Billington, Jennifer (Gabe) Wagner, Teresa Fulk, great granddaughters, Hannah and Emma Wagner, brother, Ron (Theresa) Brewer, sisters, Peggy (John) Hansen, Lucille (Leonard) Edmonds and Kathy Wright, 28 nieces and nephews, 33 great nieces and nephews, and 1 very special friend, Micah Alicea.
