Carol L Taylor, 79, of Smithville, MO passed away September 30, 2016. She was born in North Kansas City, MO to the late Lawrence W. and Beulah E. (Longenbaugh) Jones.
Carol is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Everette Taylor, her grandson, David Taylor, and her sisters, Donna Munson and Linda Gannaway.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Jan (Al) Gotland, David (Barb) Taylor and Penny (Joe) Meeker; 4 grandchildren, CJ (Steve) Justice, Tracy (Jeremy) Jobson, Ashley Meeker and Matthew Taylor; 4 great grandchildren, Kaylee Justice, Noah Jobson, Asa Jobson and Lucas Jobson; sisters Joyce McCrery and Judy (Kenneth) Fry; several nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 9-10:30 a.m. at Terrace Park Funeral Home, 801 NW 108th Street (169 Hwy and Shoal Creek Parkway) Kansas City, MO. Services will follow at 10:30 a.m. with burial in Terrace Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Nashua Baptist Church or Northside Christian Church.
