Camille R. Allen

 Camille was born in Kansas City, Kansas, to the union of Rodney and the late Charlotte (Enyart) Allen.

She was a joyous addition to our lives.

She was a graduate of Holy Cross Lutheran School and Parkville High. She then attended the University of Kansas, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in African and African American Studies and her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law.

Camille’s career took off in many different areas. Places such as: Kansas City, Lawrence, Chicago, Wichita, back to Kansas City, and then to Omaha, NE. She had over 20 years’ experience in fund sharing and gift planning. She began as an intern, working for two summers at Kevin F. Warren Associates and landed her first job at the Commerce Bank. Camille went on to finish her career at the University of Nebraska.

 Camille was affiliated with Friends of Alvin Ailey Kansas City, she was a proud member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and involved in several other outside interests.

She leaves to remember her life, her father: Rodney Allen; her aunts and uncles; and her many cousins.
