Anthony “Tony” Eshnaur went to meet his Creator on Sunday, December 29, 2024. Tony was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend and was loved by all who knew him. He loved spending time with his daughters and family, watching his grandson play football, taking his grandsons to the shooting range, hunting, fishing, going to pow-wows to celebrate his Native American heritage, making jewelry, and most recently riding his new Harley Tri-Glide. He was finally able to fulfill his dream of seeing the Grand Canyon during a 2400 mile trip he made through Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico. Tony proudly served 39 ½ years in the United States Marine Corps and Army and was a Desert Storm Veteran. Tony was also a retired guard from Leavenworth Penitentiary. Tony will be loved and missed by all who knew him.
Tony is survived by his daughters, Alisha Hebert (Troy Beach) and Cathy Jo Hebert-Wiser (Jean Marc), his grandsons, Donald “Taz” King, Jamie “Cheeks” Hebert-Lemke, Anthony Beach, Seth Wiser, Jakob Wiser, and Caden Wiser, his sister, Sandra Hayes, his brother, Butch Glaser (Chris) and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Tony is preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Janet Eshnaur, his mother, Billie Chadwick, his grandmother “Gigi” and his aunt and uncle, Bob and Mimi Willis.
