ALICE MARIE ABRAHAM DANIELS
Alice Marie Abraham Daniels, age 99, entered into the presence of her Savior and Lord Jesus Christ on January 23, 2016. She was a long term resident of Gladstone, MO (1951), but had been a resident at New Mark Care Center in Kansas City, MO for the last several years. Alice was born April 13, 1916 in Valley, NE and was raised in Siloam Springs, AR. She was one of nine children. She retired from Farmland Industries in 1982 where she worked in their Credit Union. She was an excellent artist. A skill she developed later in life, and her paintings were admired by all. She was a member of First Baptist Church in North Kansas City, MO.
Alice is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Emery G. “Red” Daniels and her daughter, Linda Kay Daniels Neer. Those left to cherish her memory include her son, William M. Daniels and his wife Bonnie; her son-in-law Don Neer; her sister, Donna L Nelson; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to First Baptist Church, North Kansas City, MO.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 27, 2016 from 9-10 AM at Terrace Park Funeral Home Lakeside Chapel; 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, MO. Funeral will begin at 10 AM. Burial to follow in Terrace Park Cemetery.
